Cancellation Policy
This 20-minute session is complimentary, but it does require commitment. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged unless: you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or you do not attend the appointment In these cases, a $50 CAD no-show fee will be automatically charged. This policy ensures that your time — and mine — are respected.
