These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of the website www.Dee-AnnLouise.com (“the Site”) and all private containers, sessions, and offerings provided by Aphrodite’s Elite Embrace (“the Company”).
By booking a session, making a payment, or engaging with this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Aphrodite’s Elite Embrace provides private, high-level clarity and presence containers for men.
These offerings are designed to support internal reflection, personal understanding, and masculine alignment through grounded feminine presence.

These offerings are NOT:

therapy
counselling
coaching
medical guidance
legal, financial, or psychological services

All sessions are conversational, reflective, and presence-based.
You remain fully responsible for your decisions, interpretations, and actions.

2. Eligibility

By booking or participating in any offering, you confirm that:

you are 18 years of age or older
you are entering voluntarily and of your own choice
you understand that these containers are non-therapeutic
you have the legal capacity to engage in a private service agreement

3. Boundaries & Conduct

To maintain clarity and professionalism for both parties, the following boundaries apply to all offerings:

No physical touch

There is absolutely no physical contact of any kind within any container.

No sexual or erotic services

These offerings do not include sexual touch, erotic labour, companionship services, dating, or any form of intimate physical exchange.

No romantic involvement

All containers are strictly professional.

Confidentiality respected

All conversations are held in confidence, aside from situations required by law.

Appropriate conduct required

Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or boundary violation will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

4. Booking, Payments & Refund Policy

4.1 Payment

All sessions and containers must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

4.2 No Refunds (Strict Policy)

Due to the nature of these high-level, presence-based containers:

All payments are final
No refunds are provided under any circumstance
Monthly mentorship payments are non-refundable once the month begins

This applies to:

missed appointments
late arrivals
scheduling mistakes
changes in personal circumstance
perceived lack of results
dissatisfaction
withdrawal from a container

4.3 Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Requests under 24 hours are considered a forfeiture of the session.

4.4 No Shows

If you do not show up for a scheduled session:

the session is forfeited
no refund or credit is provided

4.5 Credit Card On File for Initial Consultation

For the complimentary Initial Consultation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
The card will not be charged unless:

you do not attend the scheduled consultation
you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice

In these cases, a $50 CAD no-show fee will be processed automatically through the card on file.

Your card details are securely handled by the payment processor.
Aphrodite’s Elite Embrace does not store or access your full card information.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Aphrodite’s Elite Embrace offers reflective and presence-based support only.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

outcomes
transformation
emotional shifts
clarity
personal breakthroughs

You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and interpretations.

By participating in any offering, you agree to release Aphrodite’s Elite Embrace and Dee-Ann Louise from any liability related to your experience, decisions, or results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by or provided through Aphrodite’s Elite Embrace, including but not limited to:

written content
website text
personal reflections
session materials
audio/video content
bespoke writing
program structure
brand language

is the exclusive intellectual property of Dee-Ann Louise.

You may not copy, share, distribute, publish, or reproduce any content, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission.

7. Termination of Service

Aphrodite’s Elite Embrace reserves the right to terminate any session or container immediately, without refund, if:

boundaries are crossed
inappropriate behaviour occurs
the atmosphere becomes unsafe or disrespectful
the Terms are violated in any way

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the Site or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
