These terms describe use of www.dee-annlouise.com, operated by Dee-Ann Louise, including membership, voluntary offerings and any private content shared through the Sanctuary. Please read them before creating an account or making an offering.

The Sanctuary and eligibility
The Sanctuary is a personal space for my expression, reflections and creative content. Readings, consultations and paid sessions are no longer offered. Nothing on this site is medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. The site and private content are intended for adults aged 18 or older who can lawfully access them where they live.
Membership and conduct
An account does not guarantee access to every area, personal correspondence, a meeting or any particular response. Keep your login details private, provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, share another person's private information, evade access controls, or misuse the site. I may restrict or suspend access for misuse, safety or lawful operational reasons, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded. Optional promotional-email consent is separate from membership; the Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Voluntary offerings and personal boundaries
An offering is voluntary support. There is no minimum required to offer support, and no amount purchases my attention, time, affection, companionship, a relationship, intimacy or a personal service. Do not send an offering expecting something that has not been expressly agreed. Offerings are not represented as charitable donations and no charitable tax receipt is promised.
From time to time, I may choose to share private access to Sanctuary First Tease as a personal thank-you. This is entirely at my discretion. No offering amount guarantees First Tease or other private access. Unless I expressly tell you otherwise, no duration, future release, continuing membership benefit or response time is promised. Once I specifically grant access, any conditions stated with that grant apply alongside these terms, subject to applicable law.
These revised terms do not retroactively withdraw a specific promise already made. If you made an offering in reliance on an earlier written invitation promising access, contact me so that prior arrangement can be addressed.
Payments and payment questions
Review the amount, currency and recipient before authorizing payment. Offerings are handled through the payment method shown, such as PayPal, whose own terms and processes apply. A voluntary offering is not made in exchange for a guaranteed benefit. If you sent money by mistake, suspect an unauthorized payment, or have a concern about an earlier express promise, contact me promptly and use your payment provider's procedures where appropriate. Nothing here limits refunds, remedies or payment-dispute rights required by law or the applicable provider's rules. No recurring payment is authorized merely by using this website; any recurring arrangement requires its own clear authorization.
Private content and intellectual property
My original text, photographs, recordings and other creative material remain mine or their respective rights holders'. Any access granted is for your personal, lawful, non-commercial viewing. Do not share access credentials or private links, redistribute or publicly post private content, or reproduce it without permission, except where the law allows. Receiving access transfers no ownership. Respect the privacy of everyone shown or mentioned.
Availability and responsibility
The site and its content may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular personal outcomes, or the suitability of content for your circumstances. I will not use a site change to disregard a legal obligation or a specific earlier commitment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized third-party activity or outages beyond my reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
Updates apply prospectively, with notice and agreement where legally required. They do not remove rights or commitments arising before the update. British Columbia law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, without depriving you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law. If one term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue where lawful.
