These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, offerings, and content provided by Lighthouse of Divine Alignment, through www.Dee-AnnLouise.com (“the Site”). By engaging with this site, booking a service, or receiving any offering through Lighthouse of Divine Alignment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Sacred Offerings & Client Responsibility
Lighthouse of Divine Alignment provides spiritual and intuitive services, including but not limited to: - Reiki (distance and in-person) - RTT® Hypnotherapy - Intuitive Tarot & Oracle Readings - Energy Healing & Channelled Guidance - Bespoke Erotic Writings (in development)
These offerings are intended to support personal empowerment, healing, and alignment with your inner truth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own discernment and decisions.
2. Confidentiality & Ethical Boundaries
All sessions and communications are held in the deepest confidentiality, with the exception of instances required by law (e.g., risk of harm). Ethical care is prioritised. Boundaries are honoured, and mutual respect is essential.
3. Booking & Energy Exchange (Payments)
Services are arranged through direct communication (email, social media messaging, etc.). Payment is typically made via PayPal or e-transfer prior to the session. All prices and terms will be clearly discussed in advance.
Refunds are generally not offered once a session has taken place or a bespoke creation has begun. However, adjustments may be made in sacred discernment on a case-by-case basis.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All written content, including bespoke offerings, erotic literature, blog posts, and channellings, are the intellectual property of Dee-Ann Louise and Lighthouse of Divine Alignment.
You may not reproduce, retransmit, copy, distribute, or adapt any part of this content without explicit written consent. This includes but is not limited to: - Website text - Audio/video content - Social media posts - Personalised client material
5. Digital Conduct & Consent
Clients and visitors agree to engage with the Site and all associated content respectfully and lawfully. By booking a service, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and that you are willingly entering into a sacred exchange.
Unethical or inappropriate conduct, including harassment or misuse of content, may result in permanent termination of access.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Out of mutual respect, 24 hours’ notice is requested for any cancellations or changes. Missed appointments without prior communication may result in forfeiture of payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lighthouse of Divine Alignment makes no guarantees or claims of specific outcomes. While all services are offered with sincerity and integrity, the responsibility for results lies within the client’s own openness and willingness to engage.
By engaging with these offerings, you agree to hold harmless Lighthouse of Divine Alignment and Dee-Ann Louise from any liability arising from your experience.
8. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect shifts in offerings, energy exchange practices, or site features. The most current version will always be available on the Site.
