🌿 A Life of Looking After Everyone Else

 

I spent much of my life taking care of others—emotionally, energetically, and physically.
I was a high-functioning survivour, carrying unspoken pain and pushing it all aside.
On the outside, I appeared strong, capable, even radiant.
But inside… I had been quietly shattered.

I didn’t know I had trauma.
I didn’t know I was living with c-PTSD.
I had no idea that my inability to ask questions, my people-pleasing, my difficulty with authority, my difficulty with money, my chronic hip / back pain and tinnitus, and my aching sense of unworthiness—were all symptoms of wounds that began in childhood.

I thought they were just “who I was.”
Until one day, they weren’t.

🔥 The Moment It All Shifted

 

Everything began to unravel the moment I read a post on triangulation by Teal Swan.
In a single moment, something cracked open. I recognised patterns of manipulation and silencing that had defined my life… and I finally realised: This wasn’t my fault.

That single recognition began a journey of awakening.

I uncovered the depth of my Echoism—the fawn response I had perfected.
I realised my Fearful Avoidant attachment style wasn’t love; it was a trauma bond.
I saw how I had dismissed and avoided my own needs, while trying to prove my worth by saving others.

And through it all, a whisper rose up inside me:
It’s time to come home to yourself.

🌸 A New Way Forward

 

I began working with Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), and my life changed.
I saw recurring scenes from my past appear in my sessions—unhealed echoes asking to be released.
And with each breakthrough, I reclaimed another piece of myself.

I became a Reiki Master.
I began creating powerful bespoke hypnosis recordings.
I softened into the voice of my intuition and let my sensitivity become my strength.
I began honouring my inner child, my body, my spirit.

And I let go of shame around my sexuality—embracing the wisdom I gained from six years as a courtesan, and using it to help others heal sexual dysfunction and reclaim their pleasure and power.

Today, I am in sacred union with myself.
My Masculine protects and guides.
My Feminine feels and receives.
And together, they hold space for others to come home to themselves, too.
